How long will my order take?

7–12 business days from dispatch. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships, and tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans.

What if I want to return something?

If the item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund you in full — and if we need it back, we pay the return. We do not accept change-of-mind returns: shipping is free on every order and that cost is already paid, so please check dimensions and compatibility before you buy. Ask us first if you're unsure.

Is everything actually in stock?

Yes. If a product page lets you add to cart, it's in stock. Anything unavailable shows as sold out rather than quietly taking your money.

What payment methods do you take?
